I took a look at the instructions (which I also linked for you below), and while there is no drilling into your truck's frame needed, depending on one factor, there may be some drilling required to install the Roadmaster anti-sway bar on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500, which is the following part:

- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM25FR

On page three of the instructions, it says: "On each side, remove the lower shock bolt and nut and loosen the upper nut to swing the shock out of the way. Note: If your shock mounts are equipped with weld nuts, you will need to drill them out using a 7/16” drill bit in order to allow clearance for the new hardware."

So you won't have to do any drilling into your frame, but I did want to at least mention that some drilling may be needed. Overall though, these Roadmaster anti-sway bars like # RM25FR are a superb upgrade for your truck's suspension. They are constructed out of highly thick steel called chromoly, which means these bars have a very high roll stiffness to combat sway; also, their placement at the rear of the vehicle allows for the greatest improvement in overall handling.
