How To Cut Power To the 12 Volt Everchill RV Refrigerator
Question:
On my 2020 coachmen chaparral lite with ever chill refrigerator. Is there a way to turn it off, other than installing a switch. ?? Does turning off/disconnecting the battery turn it off ?? Or unplugging the power to the camper ?? Or do I have to do both ? Thanks

The Everchill RV Refrigerator part # 324-000119 is powered by 12 VDC therefore the power would be run from the unit to the distribution panel most likely. In which case, the best way to kill power to this would be by simply pulling the fuse from the panel associated with this circuit. The panel should be labeled. If you cannot locate the panel you'll need to reach out to the RV manufacturer.
If you remove the battery that should cut power to the refrigerator as well but the above method is easier and won't affect other powered accessories.
