I need a fender that is 13 inches wide. cant seem to find any. But I have them now.

For you, we have the Single Axle Trailer Fender for Enclosed Trailer - Ribbed Steel # HP46FR which measures 13" wide, 36" long, and 20" tall; and would make a great replacement.
