For load stops for your Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, I recommend the Load Stops for Yakima HD Bar, JetStream, FlushBar, and RailBar Crossbars # Y01161. You get 4 load stops and they have a durable steel construction with a powder coat finish. They have built-in tie-down points and will fit the T-channel of the WingBar Evo.
As an alternative, you could go with the Load Stops for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars or Pioneer Platform Rack # RRRLH2. This comes with a quantity of 2 and uses cam-action levers for easy adjustments.
