The simplest way to connect your 6-way pin connector from your horse trailer to a 7-way blade connector on your 2019 Ford F-350 is by using a Adapter # 47549. This will simply plug into your 7-way and adapt it to a 6-way pin connection.

If you are looking for a more permanent change you can use either the Hopkins 7-Way Blade Style Connector with Molded Cable # HM20041 to make your connections at a Junction Box # 38656 or spliced in line along your trailer frame. Or the 7-Way Round RV Style Trailer Connector # A7WCB which will allow you to cut the wiring at your 6-way connector and attach directly to this connector.

I have included images of both the wiring connections for 6-way and 7-way connectors to help you identify and spice into your trailers wiring.
