The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524431-4 is compatible with a Roadmaster StowMaster 5000 tow bar and is compatible with your 2016 Ford F-150, however you will need a higher rated weight capacity tow bar to tow an F-150 than the StowMaster 5000. I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520. The large hookup radius makes connecting a breeze at any angle, even if your vehicle isn't perfectly lined up with your RV. It has a self-aligning design, you'll just hook up and drive your RV forward, the arms extend into a rigid, tow-ready position and automatically lock in place.

To flat tow your 2016 Ford F-150 you'll also need a tow bar wiring kit, braking system (if you don't already have one from towing your Jeep), and safety cables. I have the following recommendations below:

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Ford F-150's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. It includes a 7-wire to 6-wire Flexo-Coil cord that is resistant to water, oil, chemicals, and has silicone-injected plugs to prevent corrosion.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking from your RV using the remote. The included 15amp charge line kit will keep your vehicle's battery charged to prevent you from arriving at your destination with a dead battery.

Safety Cables: Blue Ox 7' Safety Cables # BX88196. The coiled design will help prevent the cables from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

You may also require a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level while towing. This will require a little bit of measuring on your part so I've attached our help guide article to assist you in this process.
