How Do I Replace A Handle On My Valterra Waste Valve

Question:

My rig came equiped with an 8inch extension handle, that threaded into valve stem..this extension snapped off,,leaving the treaded porshion stuck inside stem, so a replacement 8extension can not be screwed in..Do you carry a sleeve may be ,3inch long that would slide over the 2 shafts so as to join then and secure with a few set screws on each stem,

I spoke to a Valterra representative and I was told that they do not offer a sleeve to slide over the two shafts to join them together. If the male thread has broken in the handle, and the coupler is still in working order, you may be able to use Extension Rod Kit for Valterra Waste Valve - Adjustable - 6" to 8" and 9" to 11", part # T1046-12VP. The extension rod and mounting bracket would attach to the coupler of the waste valve. If the coupler is not intact you will have to replace the valve body. If you have a 3" waste valve you will need part # T1003VP. If you have a 1-1/2" waste valve you will need part # T1001VP.

I have included product description links, a demo video link, and an installation video link below.
