The only Hitch we currently have available for your 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350 4matic is the Curt # C11701. However, this is a Class I hitch and is only rated up to 2,000 pounds towing and 200 pounds of tongue weight. You will need to double check the vehicle capacities in your owners manual, but I would not suggest loading your trailer to its maximum due to the hitches max capacity.

As to the 2 inch coupler on your trailer, there are definitely options for the correct ball mount and ball, but I recommend a couple measurements before selecting the correct one. We did an install of this hitch on an 03 E320, video included, that measured 12-1/4 inches from the ground to the top of the hitch, but your measurement may be a little different.

With that being said, you will need to measure from the ground to the top of the receiver tube once installed and then from the ground to the bottom of the coupler on your trailer. The difference will tell you if drop or rise is needed and how much. As an example, if you do end up right at 12 inches on the hitch and the trailer is sitting at 16 inches, you would use the Curt Class I Drawbar - 4" Rise - 9" Long # C45021 to get you the 4 inches of rise. The 2" Hitch Ball # C40018 would then be tightened onto the # C45021 and the pin/clip # F-4 would hold everything in place.

The last thing you will need to start towing your trailer will be a wiring harness. For this I highly recommend the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. Other than a wire that will need to be run up to the battery for more power, there is absolutely no cutting or splicing required for this install, which will keep all your computers and other electronics protected.
