What Parts Do I Need to Replace My 69" Solera Awning?

I am trying to find forward awning arm assembly but cannot. I need both the inside bars and outside bars. Can you help me with this. The arm mount to camper is 69" tall.

I have a solution for you. I called my contact at Lippert and he confirmed that the only replacement parts that are available for purchase for your 69" Solera awning is the the pitch arm (the bottom inside arm) or the gas strut (the little hinge-like piece that connects the inner top arm and the pitch arm). With that being said, you will need a completely new arm assembly if you need the inner drive arm (the top inside arm). The reason for this is because Lippert uses a special machine with calculated force in order to implant the drive arm into the outer lever arm (the furthermost part out of the assembly). For the whole replacement assembly, you will need the Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, Black # LC281154.
