Do You Gain Ground Clearance Using 1-1/4" Receiver 391RR1 Over 2" Receiver On 2021 Tesla Model 3?
Question:
I have a Tesla Model 3 2021. My driveway is very steep so I am looking for something that will allow the maximum clearance. How much more clearance can you get by going from a 2inch to 1.25inch receiver tube? Or is it the obvious .75inch additional clearance? Thanks!

The ground clearance you will gain from using the 1-1/4" receiver attachment # 391RR1 instead of the 2" receiver included with the Stealth Hitches Rack Receiver # 391TES317 is just the 3/4" difference in receiver size. Both will sit just as close to the body so all of the height difference will be at the bottom.
You will need to measure to see if this will be enough of a difference to make it worth it to you or not.
