If your spare tire has at least 3/4 inches of clearance behind it, and you have an available lug opening that passes through the carrier on the vehicle, the etrailer.com lock # e98892 would be a great choice that would work very well for you. I've linked to a product demonstration video.

Basically what the etrailer.com Spare Tire Lock #e98892 does is act as a lug nut that secures the wheel to the trailer so that if someone were to try and remove the wheel they'd not be able to loosen the lock unless they had the key. Check…
