Is There a Parking Brake Option While Trailer is Not Connected to Tow Vehicle

I am using inch Electric Brake Hub, 655, 3500lb, with Straight EZ Lube Spindles, w/Park Feature P/N.# 35655E-STEZ - Redneck. Please suggest, if there is any option for Applying Parking brake while trailer operationnot connected to tow vehicle

I do not recommend using a parking brake of any type while the trailer is not in operation. The reason I don't is because locking the brakes up for extended periods of time can actually cause damage to the assemblies and will certainly drain the batteries.
I would recommend something like the Buyers Products 10" Wheel Chock w/ 3-1/2" Handle - Heavy Duty Rubber - Qty 1 # 337WC1086UWH. Wheel Chocks will prevent your trailer from moving and these particular chocks have a nice handle.
