To flat tow your 2002 Saturn S Series behind your Jayco RV you'll need a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. the non-binding design allows you to release your vehicle at any time, anywhere on even or unlevel ground and large hookup radius makes connecting a breeze at any angle, even if your vehicle isn't perfectly lined up with your RV.

Base Plate: Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 52181-1. The hidden bracket design provides improved aesthetics compared with standard brackets and the drawbars are easily removable, just twist and pull.

Tow Bar Wiring: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154. This diode Kit allows you to use your Saturn S Series's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. The included 4-Pole flat loop will connect your vehicle to the RV.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This braking system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking with the remote from your RV. The included charge line kit will keep your vehicle's battery charged while towing.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000lbs # RM-643. The coiled design will prevent the cables from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

You'll most likely also need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between the RV and your Saturn so I've attached our help guide article that will walk you through the steps of determining the correct drop for your needs.
