Replacement Bearings/Seals/Hubs/Brakes For 4400lb Lippert Axle

Please provide the part numbers and costs for the following 2015 Reflection 27RL 5th Wheel, 15in 6 bolt wheels I have attached the Lippert Axle info. Premium seals, and replacement inner/outer bearings for all 4 wheels. As I replace the seals, I will look for contamination of the hub and brake assembly. Please provide part numbers/costs for these as well. Thanks

Thanks for the picture of your axle tag!

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and your 4400lb axle uses the following replacement parts:

Inner Bearings # L68149

Outer Bearings # L44649

Grease Seals # RG06-050

Or you can get each of these components together in the Bearing Kit # BK2-100. Since you mentioned you needed these components for four wheels you would just need four of these kits.

If you find that you need replacement braking assemblies you would need the # 23-468-469, and for replacement hub and drum assemblies you would need the # 84656UC3-EZ.

The hubs used by the Dexter 4400 lb axle are 3500 lb hubs that have had their weight capacity upgraded by using a LM67048 outer wheel bearing. A 4400 hub like the #8-407-5UC3-EZ would use the same #58846 grease seal as a 3500 lb hub would. Long story…

The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly #8-407-5UC3-EZ is a lug centered hub with a pilot hole size of 3.62". Your 99.25mm(3.75") hub bore wheels will fit on hub/drum.

The correct hub and drum assembly replacement for your Lippert 4,400 lb axle is the #8-407-5UC3-EZ. This comes with bearings and a grease seal. If you need brakes as well you can use the #LC66WD, or for self-adjusting brakes #K23-478-479.
