Is this step made in aluminum or galvanized for saltwater appllication?

The HitchMate Boat Trailer Step # HE4036 does only come as powder coated steel. This will offer corrosion resistance, but it will also need to be kept clean to keep this up.

We do have a galvanized step available, but it is a different design. The Polar Hardware Folding Assist Step # PLR900 will have a galvanized finish and has multiple applications. The mounting holes will measure 4 inches from center to center though, so depending on how tall your frame is you may need to come up with some kind of bracketry. Though this step will fold out of the way when not in use, it does have quite a bit smaller at 2-1/8" deep and 4" wide.

When the battery dies on the Galeo Pro GPS Tracking Device #GA94FR you have to replace the sensor as they do not offer a replacement battery. The battery is hardwired into the unit and not something that can be replaced.
