Rola LED Light Kit Blinking 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500
Question:
I just installed these lights on a Hollywood bike rack. When I turn the lights on the vehicle the LEDs blink. When I turn the lights off only the two outermost LEDs on each high stay illuminated. The turn signals work as expected.

It sounds like it could be a grounding issue involving your vehicles 4-way harness. If you installed the 4 way harness ensure that the white ground wire is grounded to a clean bare metal surface for a good connection.
