What Trunk-Mounted Bike Rack Do You Recommend for My 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback?
Question:
Hi all Wondering would be able to recommend a trunk mounted bike rack for the 2021 Corolla Lunar Sport Hybrid Hatchback? I can’t seem to find info on what type would fit. I’m specifically looking for a mount that can hold 2 bikes Thanks so much

I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with all of our manufacturers that there are currently no trunk-mounted bike racks that have been fitted on your 2021 Toyota Corolla Lunar Sport Hybrid Hatchback that can fit 2 bikes.
However, with this being said, a hitch-mounted bike rack is a great alternative. A hitch-mounted rack is great because it allows for you to carry bikes with a greater weight capacity more securely. In addition, a hitch-mounted racks have more secure fastening mechanisms than trunk racks. For this route, I recommend the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # C18085. The Curt 2 has an overall weight capacity of 90 pounds and will allow you to transport 2 bikes on your vehicle. If you want the peace of mind of extra theft-deterring security for your bikes, I recommend the Curt Adjustable Cable Lock # C23666.
As far as a hitch receiver that will allow you to attach the Curt 2 to your 2021 Toyota Corolla, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11567. Since the measurement from the center of the hitch pinhole to the outside of the rear bumper of your vehicle is only 4 inches, you will not have any issues with bumper clearance when using the Curt 2. The Curt hitch receiver comes with included hardware for a bolt-on installation.
