why bottom amber lights for turn signal dont light up?

In regards to the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267, this kit is designed to carry signals from the motorhome to the towed vehicle. The motorhome's trailer wiring is a combined circuit so that is how it will be transferred to the vehicle. If the vehicle has separate stop/turn signal circuits then they will simply both be combined into one whereas the brake lights work as brake and turn. If you like, you can keep them separate but you would need two additional diodes part # RM-792.
