I checked with B&W, and they do not list specific fits for Indian bikes, but I can tell you how to determine if your bike 2016 Indian Roadmaster will work with the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System for Trailers - Harley-Davidson 1-1/2" Custom Frame # BWMC2304.
I have added a cut out of a document from B&W which explains how to determine if your bike is a fit. Your Indian Roadmaster will need to have a tube diameters between 1.125" and 1.5", the side of the frame tubes must be between 5" and 6.5" from the ground (when you are sitting on it), and the distance between the outside edges of your frame tubes needs to be between 10" and 14.5".
If your bike does meet this criteria, then you can use the B&W Biker Bar # BWMC2304.
