The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System will work with all stock Harley Davidson motorcycles with factory painted frames. The Biker Bar will also work with select models of motorcycles from other manufacturers. I have included a picture that shows the requirements that your 2008 Victory Kingpin needs to be compatible with the Bike Bar. I have also listed the Bike Bar tie down systems that we have below, if you take the measurements and your 2008 Victory Kingpin will work with the Bike Bar then you can select the one that fits your measurements.

The # BWMC2301 if your tube diameter is 1-1/8" - 1-1/4" and frame width of 10" - 14-1/2"

The # BWMC2302 if your tube diameter is 1-1/8" - 1-1/4" and frame width of 10" - 14"

The # BWMC2303 if your tube diameter is 1-1/4" - 1-3/8" and frame width of 4-1/2" - 7"

The # BWMC2304 if your tube diameter is 1-3/8" - 1-1/2" and frame width of 10" - 14-1/2"
