Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Used With Pop-Up Camper
Question:
One of the videos shows mounting the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers - 2-100 lbs rack on a pop-up camper. Do you have to remove the rack when you open up the camper and slide the front bunk out? I doesnt look like the front slide out bunk would have clearance. Please advise. I am looking for a solution that will work on my pop-up. Thank you.

When the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers, # CC-275, is being used with a pop-up type camper, its removal is completely dependent on height of your trailer. Many of the high wall and hard wall A-frame pop-up campers do not require the removal of the Bike Bunk but it is a height issue with others.
Another option is the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack for Pop-Up Campers, # S80510.This roof rack provides an inexpensive way to haul bikes, kayaks and other cargo on your pop-up camper. The fixed-mount, square steel crossbars accept most clamp-on carriers and accessories.
