Thule EVO Raised Rail Or Thule Rapid Crossroad Feet For My 2018 Nissan Armada

Question:

I have a 2008 Nissan Armada with the factory roof rack with crossbars. I would like to know if both the Thule EVO Raised Rail feet and the Rapid Crossroad feet will mount onto the side rails. If they are both able to mount to my side rails, the difference I see between the two is how they mount, with the Rapid Crossroad having the strap around the bar and the EVO Raised Rail feet clamping to both sides of the rail. Also the EVO Raised Rail feet seem to have a higher load rating of the two. Would the 60inch EVO WingBar work with both of those feet and my vehicle? Would I also be able to use either of the two feet with the EVO WingBar on my 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited 5 door hatchback that has the factory roof rack with crossbars? I would like to use this setup with an Ikamper mini rooftop tent that weighs about 125 lbs. Thanks, Jerry

Yes, both the Thule EVO Raised Rail Feet and the Thule Rapid Crossroad Feet will fit on the rails of your 2018 Thule Armada. The recommended crossbar length for your Thule roof rack is 60". I recommend the Thule EVO Raised Rail Feet, so your roof rack will consist of the following;Roof Rack Includes:

Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2, part # TH711520
Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401
Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4, part # TH450400

This roof rack has a weight limit of 165 lbs. You will also be able to use these Thule feet on your 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited. I cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the 60" crossbar on your vehicle. The recommended crossbar length of your 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited is 50" and the mounting channel does not extend for the entire length of the crossbar. That means that there is a chance the Thule crossbar channel, on the underside of the crossbar, may not provide enough room to fit the shorter crossbar spread.

Lastly, you should not have any problem mounting your Ikamper Mini Rooftop Tent to your vehicle.

I have included product description links, video demo links, and a link to the Thule One Key System Lock cores below.
