What All is Needed to Add an EZ Connector to a 2012 Expedition and Trailer?

Vehicle- 2012 Ford Expedition EL Trailer- 2010 Interstate 16 foot enclosed I currently have the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole - 37185inch installed. I want to convert my 16 foot enclosed trailer and vehicle to the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connectors w/ Watertight Seal - Hardwire - Vehicle/Trailer End Item # 319-R7-01. Q1- Will I lose my 4 pole connector? Q2- If, so, what would be a possible solution for that 4 pole connector? Q3- My interior trailer lights wire burned up. I need wire and the proper fuse/in-line circuit breaker. Which items will I need? Please provide a list of solutions/Parts I need to order in order to get my truck and trailer functional soon. Switching over to the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way # 319-R7-01 will lose the 4 flat connection. However, I do have a couple solutions for you.

First will be the Trailer Connector Adapter # 319-R7-54. This will adapt a standard 4 flat to work with the # 319-R7-01. If you preferred to keep a 4 flat plug, it will be a little more complicated, but not overly so.

To do this, you will need to splice a 4 flat, like the Curt # C58345, either into the # 319-R7-01 at some point, or where the # 319-R7-01 is being spliced into the current wiring on your vehicle.

Replacing the wiring and circuit breaker will depend on how much wire is needed and what amperage you need for the circuit breaker. As examples, the # 9510 will be a 40 amp circuit breaker and the 12 gauge primary wiring # 12-1-1 could get everything connected. This is sold by foot, however, so you will need an amount when ordering.
