While we do have an option for a 2-bike rack for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler, I verified with Thule that the SpareMe spare-tire rack isn't a fit for your '21 Wrangler because the camera is mounted in the middle of the spare tire. What that means is the only bike rack option is going to be a hitch-mounted rack.

In regards to interference, a bike rack with the bikes loaded is going to interfere with your view of the back-up camera, so you will want to keep that in mind. For the hitch, the best option for your 2021 Jeep Wrangler, due to it having a longer receiver that allows for the best bumper clearance, is the following:

- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98856

When we test fit this hitch on a '20 Wrangler with standard tires, we found that the distance from the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the spare tire was 8 inches, so yours will be similar (assuming you also have the standard tire size). Then for a bike rack, there are a couple of nice options that are going to work because they have the needed clearance:

- Swagman Chinook 2-Bike Rack # S64683

- Saris SuperClamp EX 2-Bike Rack # SA4025F

Both are platform racks, with the Chinook being the more economical choice because it is a frame-mounted bike rack and has a 45 lb per-bike weight capacity. The SuperClamp is a more premium option with a 60 lb per-bike capacity, and it is a wheel-mounted rack so no part of the rack touches your frame.

The Chinook measures 12-1/2" from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack, while the SuperClamp measures 12" to the closest part. I have added some links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
