Can a Reese 16k 5th Wheel Hitch be Converted to a Slider Hitch

Can I use my standard 16K reese hitch and only buy the round slider part?

Yes, you could remove the legs of your Reese # RP30047 and install the Reese Round Tube Slider for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50024 and you would be ready to tow your fifth wheel trailer.
