Im installing the 60inch Thule tracks on a Leer shell and using the 60inch Evo Wing bars, which feet do I need to use to mount the bars? Which locks do I need? Eventually I will be adding a couple of Hullavators. Will this set up work? Thanks..

To fit your Thule WingBar Evo crossbars # TH711520 (Black) or # TH711200 (Silver) into the top channel of your Leer camper shell you'd need the fit kit part # THKIT3101 and the feet part # TH460R.

Yes the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks #Y01-140B-NT that you referenced does fit the channels on top of your Leer camper shell directly. No other adapters would be needed.
