To get the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57388 fitting your 2020 Silverado 1500 properly, you will need a spacer to make up for the 3 inch lift. I spoke to Air Lift and they suggested going with the Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 4" Lift # AL52440.
