Do you keep the manufacturers sway bar on motorhome when you install a roadmaster item no. 1139-145?

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-145, is designed to retain the factory sway bar on 2006 to 2012 Ford F-35 V10 chassis. This kit comes with all of the hardware that you will need to complete the installation and there is no drilling required to install. I have attached a link to the installation instructions for you to check out.

For the Ford F-53 chassis you would use Roadmaster anti-sway bar #RM-1139-145. If your motorhome is more than 33 feet long then you can use #1139-144. The bar diameter on it is 1-3/4 inches as opposed to the factory 1-1/2 inch sway bar.

It won't. You'll need to use the air bag that fits into the coil spring. Firestone offers the #F4124 Coil-Rite kit which is a fit. I've linked to the installation instructions and a video showing how the system works.
