Replacement Components for a Dexter 5100 Pound Axle

Question:

I have 5100 lb Dexter axles on my Coachmen 5th wheel - can you let me know the correct bearing components? A photo of the axle sticker is attached. Thanks!

I was unable to find any information with the numbers on your axle, unfortunately. However, you can contact the manufacturer of the trailer and they should be able to tell you exactly which inner and outer bearings you have.

If for some reason they can't, you will need to pull off one of the hubs. Once it is off, you will need to measure the inner diameters of both your inner and outer bearing. This should be done with calipers as it does need to be as precise as possible. There can also be numbers on the bearings themselves, but these can wear off over time.

The # BK3-300 may be the correct one for your axle, but with it having a 5,100 pound capacity, it is a little odd. With that being said, it is definitely a good idea to double check, just to make sure.
