Will this adaptor fit the 12k equalizer wd system ,I already have the bullet proof hitch

Yes. The Weight Distribution Shank for BulletProof Hitches Adjustable Ball Mount # 358WEIGHTDIST can be used with an Equal-i-zer weight distribution system like the # EQ37140ET since the holes on the shank are spaced 1-1/4" apart. This will work well with your Bulletproof Hitch.
