Does Curt A16 for 2021 Ram 3500 OEM Rail Kit Require Trimming Bedliner
Question:
I have a -in bedliner in my Ram 3500 with factory installed puck system. Would the existence of the plastic bedliner prevent the Curt fifth-wheel hitch from installing properly? Ie, will the bedliner prevent the locking studs in each of the 4 feet from dropping down enough to lock into the frame of the vehicle?

You'd need to trim the drop in bed liner around the pucks and a small portion around the feet of the Curt A16 hitch part # C16520-16021 that you referenced but this is the case for any hitch that fits any truck with a bed liner. Thankfully most of the hitch sits up a bit higher and wouldn't require much trimming.
I'd try to test fit the hitch once you get it and see where the trimming would be needed.
