Reducing Sway of Trailer Towed by 2018 Audi Q7
Question:
Trailer hitch for 2018 Audi Q7 3.0 without air suspension premium plus model. 7700 Sounds towing capacity 770 pounds hitch weight Hi I just read the response to the guy who has the air suspension package but I do not have that I just purchased an rpod 196 dry weight 3700 gross weight 4500 ish. My RV dealer nor I were aware if you could not use a WDH with this and because of a problem with my Audi the service manager pointed out I can’t use weight distribution hitch I am very concerned about sway will the ball and sway bar which attaches to the model you etrailer suggested work on a model that does not have The air suspension package? I’m a single woman and do not have the mechanical ability to make tweaks like so many of the men do. I will have to return the WDH. I have the Audi factory installed towing package. Thank you.

Your 2018 Audi Q7 and the hitches that fit your vehicle are not rated for weight distribution so you wouldn't be able to use a kit but you could use a friction sway control unit like the # 83660 that you referenced which would do a great job reducing sway from passing semis and high winds.
The other thing you can do to reduce sway is by moving any cargo weight in the trailer and move it forward as that's typically what causes sway.
