The correct part number for a T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector and powered converter is #118426. I do not show a part for the part number you mentioned.
The T-One wiring harness will be installed inline with your 2005 Escape Hybrid taillights and you will run a wire with inline fuse to the battery to power the taillight functions on the trailer and protect sensitive wiring and electronics.
