Yes, the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke Item # MA00-07500K has a manual turn knob as well incase of a power outage and also has buttons on the unit itself if you lost the remote and still have power.
