I have a 2005 Ford Excursion. I need a third row seat cover to protect from the kids, but I dont have headrests. Will this stay on the back even without the headrests?

If you have side curtain air bags the Aries Automotive Seat Defender Bucket Seat and Headrest Protector #AA3142B will work just fine with them. If you check out the picture I attached you can see that the sides of the seats are unobstructed.
