Adding A Front Anti-Sway Bar To A 2018 Tiffin Allegro Motorhome

Question:

My coach has been upgraded with Koni shocks, roadmaster rear sway bar and sumo springs front and rear. Also Safe-t steer as well. Think of adding Roadmaster front sway bar 1139-148. Is this a good or bad idea as it relates to improving the ride? I do not see much showing these products together up front. Thanks, John

Expert Reply:

Stabilizers are designed to dampen side-to-side movement of the wheels while sway bars are designed to reduce body roll during fast cornering and since RVs tend to sway side to side when traveling adding in anti-sway bars like the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 will help with swaying when traveling and making turns.
