Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar Options for 2013 Ford F-53 Chassis

Roadmasters website no longer shows 1139-140 as the correct front anti sway bar for 2013 F53 with 22,000 GVW. They now list 1139-148 as the correct part. Whats the difference ? Which is correct ?

Either will work for your 2013 Ford F-53 with a 22,000 GVWR. The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-148 fits the 18,000, 20,500, your 22,000 GVWR F-53 as well as the 24,000 and 26,000 GVWR chassis.

The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-140 also fits your 22,000 GVWR F-53 but also fits the 15,700, 16,000, 18,000 and 20,500 GVWR chassis. I suggest selecting the item that best fits your budget.

Your 22,000 GVWR F-53 chassis happens to crossover to each option.

For your motorhome built on a 2018 Ford F-53 chassis that has a GVWR of 24,000 lbs the correct rear sway bar is the part #RM-1139-149 and not the #RM-1139-148 that you ordered unfortunately. This is why you are experiencing the issues you are.
