Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Wire Kit for 2020 Jeep Cherokee

Hi, Can someone tell me what was changed on the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that doesn’t require the Mopar Harness with toggle switch in the glove box to prevent the death wobble while towing behind a Motorhome? And is there as big of battery draw while towing the 2020 Cherokee as there would be on the 2017 with the harness?

This had something to do with the electric steering assist and whatever it was that caused issue Jeep addressed. I do not know exactly what that fix was though.
