The Yakima JayHook Kayak Carrier # Y04084 would work well on your Yakima JetStream Truck Bed Rack Y00427-482104. This carrier has a weight capacity of 80lbs and it simply clamps onto crossbars such as the Yakima Jetstream. Tie-downs are included and you will not need anything else to use this carrier; I attached a demonstration video for you.
