I see under the appliances that will work w/ this inverter, but just to make sure, Will this inverter power a 8-10 cup Mr. Coffeeinch type coffee maker?

These are the two figures you need to look at for appliance compatibility. This will be ideal for smaller coffee makers which produce around 2 cups of coffee. That said you'd want to check the power requirements for your specific model.

You'd have to have the 6 volts wired in series to double their voltage so that Power Inverter 1000 Watts with Three AC Receptacles #WC3720 can be connected to it. I attached a diagram that shows how to do this.
