The items you list, the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs, # TLD2121 and # TLD3107, are a confirmed fit for the 2012 Ram 1500 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed, 4WD, Quad Cab - without board or step underneath truck bed and with a factory installed hitch, non-Torklift aftermarket hitch, or with a Torklift SuperHitch Hero. Please look for markings on your installed hitch to identify manufacturer.

Yes, the front Torklift tie down part #TLD2121 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic with the factory hitch and not running boards or steps. For the matching rear you'd want the part #TLD3107.
