Question:
Hello, We have a 2001Ford F250 with factory wiring 7 pin that our horse trailer lights , signals, and brake lights work great..... We have a 2015 Ford F250 with factory wiring 7 pin that the turn signals and brake lights work in the day time.... But when you turn the headlights/ running lights on...... the turn signals , tail lights, and brake lights wont work. Like by turning the head lights on.. Turns the signals, brake lights off?

Since the trailer lights work fine with your 2001 Ford F-250 but not with your 2015 Ford F-250 you at least have the issue narrowed down to your newer trucks wiring.
Since the lights all work fine with the headlights turned off it sounds like the ground on the 7-way connector on your 2015 F-250 is bad. This is pretty common and usually only happens when multiple functions are turned on at once.
Check the wire coming out of the 7 o'clock pin on your 7-way connector for any damage, and to make sure it is not loose in the connector.
I included a diagram of a 7-way connector and a link to a helpful article on wiring for you to take a look at.
