Fifth Wheel Hitches For 2018 Titans With OEM Gooseball
Question:
Do you have a gooseneck rail kit for a 18 Titan XD that will work with this slider hitch? Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs When I search for my truck only the Demco hitch and adapter shows up.

It sounds like you have a 2018 Titan XD with a underbed gooseneck trailer hitch installed, and you would like to attach a 5th-wheel slider hitch, like the Curt A16.
The Curt A16, that you referenced, needs to attach to a rail kit (not a gooseball) whose underbed connections are likely already used by your gooseball underbed mounts.
The only fit I see for your Titan XD is the Demco # DM8550034 (rated 18,000 pounds) which needs the Demco # DM6200 rail kit. These hitches come in 16,000, 18,000, and 21,000 pounds ratings. This "Hijacker" model is "Autoslide," which in my opinion is the best option of all 5th-wheel hitches available. It automatically moves towards the back gate when moving into tight turns.
