Low Pressure Alarm Setting for Tire with 65 Max psi Rating

Question:

The cold PSI for my tires is 65. I am assuming that would be 130 per axle. Should I leave the 100 PSI default or increase it to 117?

Helpful Expert Reply:

You do not need to combine the tire pressures of an axle when setting the low pressure alarm of the TST TPMS part # TST-507-RV-4-C. So you'd base the low and high pressures based around 65 psi and not 130.

So maybe around 58 psi instead of 117 psi.
