No 12V Supply for Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup w/ Start Capacitor

Question:

Hi! So I have a 2004 keystone Montana that I have gutted and rebuilt into a studio for my small business. I am at the end of the renovation and concerned about the AC, with good cause as I found out. In the Renovation, we capped off all of the 12 volt wires because I had a separate 50amp service installed outside of my house specifically for the RV. Now that I don’t have any 12 volt power, it’s my understanding that this unit won’t work. Is there any way to rewire it so it will work? If not, is there a regular AC unit that will work with the ducts and no 12 volt power? The materials I work with are very sensitive and I can’t have this 21 year old AC unit stop working on me in the middle of July. So I’m in a quandary! Suggestions please?

For the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup, # ACDOM150, to function you will need a 12V supply. In your remodel did you remove the inverter? Because you've made the existing inaccessible, simply run a new circuit from the 12V side/use an AC/DC power adapter.
