Two Bike Rack For RV And Flat Towed Vehicle Use

Im looking for a bike rack that can hold a carbon fiber bike as well as an E-bike and can be used on an RV as well as on a flat towed Kia Soul.

There is only one 2 bike rack rated to be used on a flat towed vehicle, the Yakima HoldUp EVO Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" Hitches - Wheel Mount Item # Y02480. It only has a max weight capacity of 40lbs per bike and is not rated for use on a motorhome.
RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Tilting - Wheel Mount Item # RKY10004 is rated for use on a motorhome but not on a flat towed vehicle and has a max weight capacity of 60lbs per bike.
The racks have to be made strong enough to handle the bumps and movement from being on different suspension systems so there isn't one that's rated to be flat towed and also RV towed at this time. Camper/RV bike racks have to be stronger than regular racks due to the suspension system being less sophisticated than a car's. Since you'll be flat towing your best option is the Yakima # Y02480 because you'll be able to have it on the back of your Kia Soul and out of the way instead of on your RV when you're trying to hook up your Kia Soul for flat towing.
