Which Plug In Wiring Harness To Install Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty In 2016 Ford Flex W/ Tow Package
Question:
It looks like the correct harness for connecting a RED24FR Liberty controller is the part #331-TPH-007. Is that correct? If not, which one do I need? My 2017 Ford FLEX has the factory tow package with a 7 pin connector.

You are correct.
The Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # 331-TPH-007 you were looking at is the correct adapter for your 2016 Ford Flex with the factory tow package.
This will plug into the factory trailer brake controller port underneath the dash of your vehicle and directly into the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR you mentioned.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
