I can confirm both of these mirrors will fit a 2001 GMC Sierra, there is a subtle difference between them. The K-Source # KS69ZR has a flat mirror that gives you a clear, but somewhat limited view. The K-Source # KS3891-2 has a convex mirror that will make reflections smaller, allowing you to see more.

90-120 ft lbs of torque is probably about right for your trailer rims. If you check out the lug nut torque chart that I attached you will see that nearly all of the torque specs are that and higher.
