etrailer has what you need, but please verify the cut out measurements to ensure this is the correct fit. We can provide new locks that are keyed alike. I think the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option in White, # 295-000021 may be the right replacement. Latches tend to be fairly universal in the RV industry and this item will replace original Global Link, Bauer, Lippert Components, Fastec (FIC), or TriMark standard entry door lock. The lock can even be keyed alike to match other Global Link locks.

This particular latch is available in white under # 295-000021, # 295-000019 for black, or # 295-000002 chrome. The latch kit measures 3.47" wide x 4.28" tall, fits doors that are 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick and installs into cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall.

If you need/want cam locks we have the Replacement Cam Lock Cylinder for RVs - Keyed Alike Option - Stainless Steel - 1-1/8" Long, # 295-000004. 7/8" Long, # 295-000003. 1-3/8" Long, # 295-000005. And for 1-3/4" Long, # 295-000077.

Global Link offers the keyed alike option for their lock cylinders when placed on the same online order. When ordering, if you want keyed alike please ensure you select the dropdown window option of "Keyed Alike". It is set at a default of "Keyed Unique". When you select the quantity of each and select the keyed alike option we will make sure all the locks on that entire order match so you will be able to unlock all the locks with the same key.

Let me know if your latch cutout has significantly different measurements and I can see if we have an alternative solution for you. Please note the attached links for review and installation videos.
