Can you tell what bearing buddy size I need by the bearing part number or hub? Bearing: L44649/68149 Hub #84, 5 on 4.50

Since your hub uses inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 you can use the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protector Stainless Steel # BB1980A-SS that you were looking at or the Chrome Plated # BB1980A.
